Pine Creeks headwaters begin in Potter county which in itself offers a smorgasbord of angling opportunities.
Accommodations are basic with quiet country Inns and campgrounds that offer hookups or primitive camping in the area mountains and State Forest.  Free permits for camping are available from the Forest office or from many of the  merchants in the area.  There are several stream-side camping areas for  parties floating the creeks length. These are primitive and private. The area offers a good selection of restuarants as well. My favorites are the Hotel Blackwell, Manor Hotel, Black Forest Inn and the Penn Hotel  in Morris.
One of my favorite campgrounds (pictured) is the Pine Creek Valley Campground near Slate Run. Great fishing just steps from your tent or trailer. There are several well stocked  Fly shops in the area along with provisions from numerous country stores.
